Spend over £60 for Free Standard Delivery within Mainland UK. (Applies to non-furniture parcels). We aim to despatch same working day on a 24hr tracked Dpd service.

UK Standard Delivery £5.95
This is a Dpd Carrier or Royal Mail Tracked 1-2 working day service. You will receive email notifications/tracking with the allocated day of delivery.

UK Express Delivery £10
In-stock items ordered before 12 on a working day are guaranteed to arrive the next working day by Dpd carrier as above.

Saturday or Sunday Delivery £15
In stock items ordered before 12 on a Friday will arrive on the weekend day of your choice with a 1 hour time slot from Dpd. Please note if you select weekend delivery after 12 noon on a Friday, delivery may well be the following weekend.

UK Large Parcels £15
This is a Dpd or DX Carrier 1-3 working day service for larger/heavier items with full tracking and notifications.

UK Small Furniture £35
This is a Courier 2-7 working day service for small furniture items. You will be given a 2 hour time slot on your allocated day as above.

UK Large Furniture £45
This is a Courier 3 -10 day service for large/heavy/delicate furniture. Our couriers will contact you directly and offer a 2 hour time slot on your allocated day as above. This is a 2 man service into your home.

Express Delivery of large items
Please contact us and we can often get large items to you quickly if required.

International Delivery
We are delighted to offer International Delivery wherever possible. Your order will be sent free of UK VAT and you will be responsible for the import duties at the point of entry into your country. Our couriers will contact you to advise of the amount and collect payment prior to delivery. To order simply email us hello@designvintage.co.uk with a list of products required or a screenshot of your basket, along with delivery address. We will reply the same day with an easy payment link and invoice for your order along with anticipated delivery lead time.

Please note some larger/fragile furniture items are not available for international delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

Return your items within 30 days to receive a full refund. Simply send to the below address or return to one of our stores. Returns are at the customer's cost but do contact us if we can assist with arranging a courier collection for larger items. For smaller/normal parcels we recommend Evri online as a cost effective method of return.

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item, but you can of course re-order online.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order. Return postage is at customer's own cost and liability.

Payment Information
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, PayPal and Maestro. All transactions are taken in pounds sterling (£). If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them. Payment online is in a secure environment provided by Worldpay. We also accept payment by Paypal.
