UK Standard Delivery Charge £5.95
This is a Dpd Carrier or Royal Mail Tracked 1-3 working day service. Dpd will notify you with the allocated day of delivery giving you the option to change the day or nominate a neighbour if more convenient. On the day of delivery you will be contacted with a 1 hour time slot to save waiting around all day.
UK Express Delivery £10
In-stock items ordered before 12 on a working day will arrive the next working day by Dpd carrier as above.
Saturday or Sunday Delivery £15
In stock items ordered before 12 on a Friday will arrive on the weekend day of your choice with a 1 hour time slot as above. Please note if you select weekend delivery after 12 noon on a Friday, delivery may well be the following weekend.
UK Large Parcels £15
This is a Dpd Carrier 1-3 working day service for larger/heavier items.
UK Small Furniture £35
This is a Courier 2-7 working day service for small furniture items. You will be given a 2 hour time slot on your allocated day as above.
UK Large Furniture £45
This is a Courier 3 -14 day service for large/heavy/delicate furniture. Our couriers will contact you directly and offer a 2 hour time slot on your allocated day as above.
Express Delivery of large items
Please contact us and we can often get large items to you quickly if required.
We have currently paused our international deliveries whilst rules and procedures are being established with the EU.
Return your items within 14 days to receive a full refund. Simply send to the below address or return to one of our three stores. Returns are at the customer's cost but do contact us if we can assist with arranging a courier collection for larger items. For smaller/normal parcels we recommend MyHermes online as a cost effective method of return

Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time up to 30 days. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item, but you can of course re-order online.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order. Return postage is at customer's own cost and liability.
If you believe your product is faulty or damaged do get in touch with us on 01243 573852 and we will do our utmost to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, PayPal and Maestro. All transactions are taken in pounds sterling (£). If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them. Payment online is in a secure environment provided by Worldpay. We also accept payment by Paypal.
