Vintage Chest of Drawers 'Bertie'

Our Vintage Chest of Drawers 'Bertie' has a black waxed finish and deep drawers. This is a solid set of Vintage Hungarian Low Drawers c1920's which would look stunning in a bedroom, kitchen, living space or even bathroom. The drawer insides are left in their natural wood state.

There is a working key for the drawers which offer a generous amount of storage. The paintwork is a striking shade of very dark grey which is almost black.

We source these beautiful chests from a Hungarian family who lovingly restore them in their traditional workshops using age old techniques.
